Urvicasa has been present in Poland through the company
Urbidom Sp. z o.o. The company was established in
Poznań, where it began active developer activity related to the commercial and residential buildings.
At the first stage the aim of the company Urbidom is to run the developer activity within the agglomeration of Poznań addressed to a small and medium sized business. All the operations are carried out by Polish staff of the company and by the local partners.
The investment, the company Urbidom is working on now is the Wysogotowo Business Park presented herein.
At the second stage the company Urbidom will also run its developer activities in Poznań and in the neighbourhood. It will construct residential premises intended for local middle class.
Equalization of a long-term business is a goal which has been important for the company since its establishment. It was the factor which was crucial for selecting Poznań as a seat for the first undertaking in Poland.
